- Sign in to your MyWestern Account
- Click on the Student tab at the top
- Click on Student Records
- Click on Academic Record Release
- Follow the instructions to enter your information

- Navigate to western.edu/current-students
- Scroll down and click “My Western”

- Log in to your account. Then, go to “Main Menu”
- Click the Pay bill/deposit or Purchase Items at the bottom of the menu.
- This will redirect you to the CASHNet epayment site:
- From here, you can see your balance due, make a payment, set up a payment plan, enroll in autopay, set up eRefund, see billing statements/ recent transactions, and invite someone to have access to your account so they can make payments on your behalf.

- If you click on the tab that says “My Account” on the top left-hand side of the page.

- You will see an option to enter payment methods that you would like to keep on file in the epayment site.

- If you scroll down, you’ll see where you can enter your bank account and routing number for direct deposit refunds (eRefund):
