Additional Forms Information
To submit a Release of Academic Information:

  • Sign in to your MyWestern Account
  • Click on the Student tab at the top
  • Click on Student Records
  • Click on Academic Record Release
  • Follow the instructions to enter your information

    • Navigate to western.edu/current-students
    • Scroll down and click “My Western”

My western

    • Log in to your account. Then, go to “Main Menu”
    • Click the Pay bill/deposit or Purchase Items at the bottom of the menu.
    • This will redirect you to the CASHNet epayment site:

  • From here, you can see your balance due, make a payment, set up a payment plan, enroll in autopay, set up eRefund, see billing statements/ recent transactions, and invite someone to have access to your account so they can make payments on your behalf.

    • If you click on the tab that says “My Account” on the top left-hand side of the page.

    • You will see an option to enter payment methods that you would like to keep on file in the epayment site.

    • If you scroll down, you’ll see where you can enter your bank account and routing number for direct deposit refunds (eRefund):
