Our ongoing accessibility effort works towards being in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA criteria, Section 504 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and Colorado state law, C.R.S. 24-85-101 to 24-85-104.
These guidelines not only help make technology accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.
The efforts of Western Colorado University are a part of a meaningful effort to make all State of Colorado services inclusive and accessible.
