Adventure Day camps

JMC Adventure Day Camps combine outdoor, nature-based STEAM education with outdoor recreation for a summer full of adventure, discovery, and fun! Campers explore the Gunnison Valley through hands-on experiences that build creativity, teamwork, and leadership. Each action-packed week features exciting activities, including stand-up paddleboarding, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, mountain biking, and nature-inspired art and science activities.

Summer Adventures

Get ready for an unforgettable week of adventure! This weeklong day camp takes campers across the stunning Gunnison Valley to explore, create, and grow as leaders. Each day brings new outdoor challenges and discoveries—from mountain biking and whitewater rafting to rock climbing, stand-up paddleboarding, and hiking with orienteering. Along the way, campers will dive into nature-based art, build teamwork and leadership skills, and practice environmental stewardship in Colorado’s great outdoors.
