Biography
Spencer WareJoncas is the Head Coach of the Western Colorado University Nordic Ski Team. Originally from Saint Paul, Minnesota, Spencer grew up on skis and went on to compete for St. Olaf College, where he was a national champion, five-time USCSA All-American, and team MVP. In addition to skiing, he also competed in cross country and track and field during his collegiate career. Outside of ski season, Spencer has spent recent summers guiding extended canoe expeditions in Arctic Canada, further fueling his passion for the outdoors and adventure-based leadership.
