Ruth Welch serves as a Director of Mission Support Organization at the Bureau of Reclamation for the Department of the Interior. She graduated from Western with dual majors in Sociology and English Literature in 1986. She lives in Littleton, Colo. with her husband Mark, who also graduated from Western.
