Paul Giberson PhD

Biography

Paul was born and raised in Breckenridge, Colorado, and started his skiing career at age 2! Skiing is Paul’s passion and carried him to Western Colorado University where he earned a degree in Kinesiology while competing on the cross-country ski team. Paul graduated from the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) program at Colorado State University in 2005 and recently completed a PhD. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership at University of Northern Colorado. Currently, Paul works at Western Colorado University as the Director of Student Retention and Completion Initiatives. Paul has been an active member with the Western Alumni Advisory Board since 2006.
