Biography

How did you discover Western?

I discovered Western after receiving a scholarship through my high school. After touring campus and the small town, and learning about the terrific science program, I knew this was the place to be!

What are some of the highlights of your time at Western?

I have love being a part of the music program, being a DJ at the radio station, learning and teaching western swing dance, and volunteering in the community.

What most excites you about your major?

I am thrilled to go get my masters in education after my time here at Western, and begin teaching at the high school level.

What is your favorite thing about the Gunnison Valley?

I love the community in the Valley. It is so welcoming and appreciative of what we can do to help make this Valley great!
