Biography

Originally from Lakewood, Colorado, I discovered my passion for education and access while studying at CU Boulder. After earning my master’s degree and teaching Kindergarten through 5th grade in Brooklyn, New York, I returned to Colorado in 2015, where I’ve worked in higher education, primarily at Western, ever since.

Committed to supporting students on their educational journeys, I’m dedicated to empowering them every step of the way.

Fun Facts: Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, traveling, spending time with my husband and daughter, being outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, and caring for my beloved succulents. I have an energetic, 8-year-old boxer mix named Champ and you’ll never find me without hot sauce. While I now enjoy golfing, my roots lie in gymnastics, dance, and track.
