Biography

How did you discover Western?
I found Western while looking for a school in Colorado to compete for in Cross Country and Track. After looking into the academic programs offered, I scheduled an official visit and knew I would spend the next 5 years of my life in Gunnison pursuing an accelerated master’s program.

What most excites you about your field?
Sharing the opportunities and experiences available in Gunnison Valley to prospective students excites me. I think back to when I was looking at colleges and want help other future mountaineers find their home at Western

What is your favorite thing about the Gunnison Valley?
My favorite thing about the Gunnison Valley is the outdoor access we have from our front doors. As an avid runner, I love starting my mornings off on the trails whether it be Van Tuyl or Contour, and spend my weekends exploring trails further up valley.
