Biography

I have been working in education in different capacities for 23 years. At Western Colorado University I serve as a Clinical Coach and Lecturer in the Education Department. I earned my Masters Degree from University of Phoenix in Curriculum and Instruction and I have my minor in Special Education. During my teaching career, I taught Preschool, Kindergarten and First Grade. I also owned my own Preschool/Child Care Center and taught CLD Students English as well as taught online English to children in China. My husband and I were both born and raised in Gunnison (I am a 4th generation Gunnison Native)! My husband and I have 4 children between the two of us, Cody, Ava, Nolan and Lyla. We love camping, boating, skiing, hiking and watching our kids in their activities.
