Austin Ekeler and faculty from the Business DepartmentConsistency, authenticity, and discipline came up throughout the conversation as qualities that have shaped his success on and off the field. Ekeler also explained how he has used social media, partnerships, and storytelling to expand his platform, giving students a real-world example of the business and marketing concepts they study in class. His central message was that passion has the greatest impact when it is paired with a clear strategy.
