How Western Publishes Bids
Western uses Rocky Mountain Bids, a centralized, web-based platform, to publish all formal bid solicitations for goods and services over $25,000. This system is used by all Colorado state agencies and includes:

These notices are publicly viewable, but vendors must be registered to access full bid documents and submit proposals.
Vendor Registration
Vendor registration in Rocky Mountain Bids is highly encouraged—but not always required—for Western Procurement consideration. Registered vendors receive access to:

Optional automatic bid notifications based on selected categories

A secure login with username and password
There is a $40 annual registration fee, which must be submitted before the bid deadline if registration is required.
