Requesting W-2 & 1095-C Forms
W-2 Forms will be available by January 31 each year (for earnings received in the prior year). If you are a former Western Colorado University employee with earnings in 2025, your W-2 was mailed to your most recent address on record. To request a W-2, please complete the WCU W2 Reissue Request Form and email it to HR@western.edu.
Paper 1095-C Forms will be provided to employees by request only. To request a printed copy, please email HR@western.edu.
