Biography
Andrew Bristow is the assistant coach for the WCU Alpine Race Team. He has been involved with skiing and Ski racing ever since he learned to walk in Girdwood, Alaska, skiing at Alyeska Resort. After learning to ski in Alaska, Andrew’s family moved to Bend, Oregon, when he was 7, where he joined the Mount Bachelor Ski Education Foundation (MBSEF) and raced until he departed for college at WCU.
During his time at MBSEF, he raced high-level FIS and got the chance to travel all over. Once he started college at WCU, the race team traveled to regionals all five years and nationals three years in a row.
Bristow served as the Head Alpine Coach from 2022-2025.
