Academic Suspension and Appeals

Understanding suspension and how to return.

At Western Colorado University, students on academic probation must achieve a semester GPA of 2.0 or higher to avoid suspension. Students are suspended for at least one calendar year if this benchmark isn’t met. However, there is an opportunity to appeal this suspension and plan for a successful return.
