Sales is the inside track to myriad industries— health care, insurance, advertising, financial services and more. Through a mix of focused sales practice, theoretical background and opportunities to mentor classmates, you’ll gain the knowledge you need to be prepared for the professional arena.

With the addition of exciting business courses in Financial Accounting, Strategic Negotiations, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Communications and more, the program is a perfect complement to any major or discipline. To begin building your resume, you’ll also have the opportunity to join Western Colorado University’s award-winning team in the National Collegiate Sales Competition.

Sales Requirements

A minor complements your major by allowing you to explore a secondary field of interest. It requires fewer courses than a major, making it a flexible way to broaden your knowledge, diversify your skills, or pursue a personal passion alongside your primary area of study.
