Biography

What year in school are you and when do you plan to graduate?

I’m a Sophomore at Western, and I plan to graduate Spring 2027.

How did you discover Western?

Discovering Western was a very happy accident for me. I didn’t know if I would be able to attend college for financial reasons, but I received an email from a small college with a beautiful campus that I’d never heard of. I visited Western a few weeks later and committed that day.

What are some of the highlights of your time at Western?

My highlights at Western so far have been meeting incredible people, spending time outside camping and hiking, and being on the Mock Trial team.

What excites you about your major?

I genuinely love my majors! It’s exciting to be able to understand the political and interpersonal world, engage in debate, and work closely with others.

What is your favorite thing about the Gunnison Valley?

Access to the outdoors. I’m big into camping, hiking, and backpacking, and the Gunnison Valley is a beautiful place to do that.
