Chipeta features one- to two-bedroom apartment-style living and is designated for returning undergraduate and graduate students. Located on the southwest side of campus, this apartment complex offers both independence and convenience—keeping you close to your classes, campus resources, and everything Western has to offer. It’s the perfect option for students seeking a quieter, more private living environment while still staying connected to campus life. Chipeta is also home to our community garden, a shared space where students can relax, grow their own food, and connect with others who enjoy sustainable living.
