Your Mountaineer To-Do List

Check Your Email

Log in and check your Western email regularly. The login link and many other great resources are on MyWestern.

After you paid your enrollment deposit, you were sent instructions for setting up your Western email. These were sent to the email address you used on your admission application.

Schedule & Classes

In your Workday account, you will register for classes, access financial aid, view your grades, and more. Log in from MyWestern. Make sure to:

  • Review your class schedule to check for room, day, or time changes in your class schedule.
  • Check your holds and outstanding action items.
  • Confirm your personal data, preferred, name, etc.
  • Submit your immunization information.
  • Review and accept your financial aid awards.
  • Authorize your family and supporters to see your account.

All new students go through our orientation program before starting classes at Western. Before coming to campus, be sure to complete the student health and wellness courses and the online orientation through Canvas.
