Andrew Kunze

Biography

A Wisconsin native and graduate of Western Colorado University with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Andrew merges creativity with a passion for the outdoors to guide athletes to new heights. As a Certified USASA/USSA Level 200 Coach with eight years of experience, he has helped athletes set goals, develop skills, and foster a lifelong love for the sport. Much of his career has centered on freestyle snowboarding and preparing riders for USASA, Futures Tour, and Rev Tour events. When he’s not coaching, you might find Andrew exploring the backcountry, mountain biking, fly fishing, or capturing epic moments through his camera lens. His dedication to mentorship, athlete development, and all-around stoke brings invaluable energy to Western’s Freeride Team—and we’re thrilled to have Coach Andrew on board!
