Direct deposit is the fastest and most secure way to receive your refund. Without it, a refund check will be mailed to you.
To set up direct deposit:
- Have your bank routing and account numbers ready
- Log in to Workday
- Go to the “Student Financials” hub
- Click “Payment Elections” under “Suggested Links”
- Click the “Add” button to enter your bank account info
- Under “Preferred Payment Method,” select direct deposit for “Student Refunds”
Refunds (via check or direct deposit) are processed once per week after the semester begins.
Note: Refund amounts may change if you adjust your class schedule or update your financial aid.
