Pre-Health Mentorship Program

Western’s innovative pre-health mentorship program helps prepare students for the next step in their healthcare career by pairing them with a qualified health professional.

Western Colorado University has a Healthcare Advisory Board that is comprised of healthcare professionals across a wide variety of disciplines (e.g., medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physical therapy, etc.) These professionals, and their colleagues, are excited to serve as mentors for Western Colorado University students. Mentorship can take many forms, including conversations over the phone, face-to-face meetings, shadowing opportunities and more.
