What are some of the highlights of your career?
The highlights of my career include meeting new people and building relationships with them each semester and year and watching students grow in their knowledge and interest in exercise science from their freshman to senior year.
What most excites you about your field?
What most excites me about the exercise science field is promoting people to improve their health by becoming physically active and seeing how their physical and mental health can change from just moving a little bit more every day.
