Biography

How did you discover Western?

I attended Western as a student from 2013 until 2019 and competed in cross country and track and field. I love the small class sizes with the addition of being able to interact with your students and being in the beautiful Gunnison valley.

What most excites you about your field?

The field of Exercise and Sport Science is growing and there are lots of new and exciting innovations that are being researched that can have a positive impact on our lives.

What is your favorite thing about the Gunnison Valley?

Plenty of awesome trails to run. The Gunnison Valley is a beautiful place to be with abundance of outdoor opportunity and friendly people.
