Orientation Resource Fair

These are the following free tabling opportunities that Western is offering during New Student Orientation:

Please note: 

  • Location: University Center South Patio & Lawn.
  • This event is open to Western and Gunnison community groups.
  • Tables will be assigned. When you arrive to set up, please look for your assigned table or inquire with the University Center Front Desk for the master map.
  • Space is limited, be prepared to share a table if asked.
  • Rain/inclement weather: event will be cancelled.
  • Please plan on tabling the entire Resource Fair, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Tables need to be set up by 11:15 a.m.
  • Groups are also responsible for helping to put away the tables at 1:30 p.m.

Interested in tabling at other times? 

Tables are available to off campus groups for a nominal fee. If you are interested in tabling for your group or business at other times than the fairs listed above, please contact the Svea Whiting, director of University Center, at swhiting@western.edu or 970.943.7057.

  • COVID-19 The University Center & Orientation Office will work with all organizations to follow County COVID-19 guidelines. Please be prepared to wear a mask and practice social distancing during the events.
