David Lourie

David Lourie is a business person and attorney who works at the intersection of business law, organizational behavior, and human resources management.  David works in the growth equity space where he focuses on building successful, high performance companies with strong organizational cultures.  David also works extensively on Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) issues to ensure that organizations are on the cutting edge of social responsibility and inclusivity.  Further, David is responsible for ensuring compliance with all SEC regulations and additional laws.  David has also served as a judicial law clerk to two federal judges on the United States District Court, where he provided legal compliance advice regarding cases dealing with a multitude of complex laws and regulations.
