• Medical & Emergency Form:
  Required for all campers. If not completed during registration, this form must be submitted prior to the start of camp.
• Tax ID & Contact Information:
  Available upon request for reimbursement, dependent care accounts, or employer documentation.

Camp Policies

Cancellations & Refunds

Information regarding camp cancellations, refund eligibility, timelines, and required notice is outlined in the Junior Mountaineers Camp Handbook. Refunds are issued according to the policies in effect at the time of registration.

Camper Behavior & Discipline

Junior Mountaineers Camp is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all campers. Behavioral expectations, disciplinary procedures, and grounds for dismissal are detailed in the camp handbook and reviewed with campers and families as needed.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Junior Mountaineers Camp welcomes campers of all abilities and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations whenever possible. Families are encouraged to share accessibility needs during registration or by contacting camp staff in advance, so appropriate support can be arranged.
