To receive educational benefits, veterans must submit forms that differ based on their chapter coverage. These forms will be given to Western’s VA Certifying Official during the application process.

- Under Title 38, Western students who are covered under Chapter 31 or 33 are not subject to late fees, disenrollment or other penalties if they are waiting on a payment from the VA.
