Prosser Theater                                Fee

Half Day (up to 4 hours)                      $250
Full Day (up to 8 hours)                       $500
Hourly charge (after 8 hours)               $25

Seating for 199 people (movie style)
Includes projector, screen and sound system, DVD/Blue Ray player

Additional equipment available upon request - Fees may apply

Fees include basic room set up and use of projector, screen and sound system
Excessive cleaning fee will be charged an additional $25 per hour

A deposit will be required for conference groups and special events

Any organization requesting a fee waiver to utilize the College Center facilities for less than what the current fee structure indicates, must submit a written request to the Director of College Center Operations for evaluation, swhiting@western.edu  Upon evaluation by the Director, the request will be forwarded to the Vice President of Student Affairs for final approval.
