Mountain Biking Team

The Western State Mountain Biking Team has riders from all aspects of the mountain biking world from down hill riders to single speed riders. The team competes in the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Cycling Conference (RMCCC) during the fall college mountain biking season.

The Western State Mountain Biking Team is devoted to providing a fun and safe experience that encourages the development of mountain biking skills of all levels. The mountain biking team has riders from all aspects of the mountain biking world from down hill riders to single speed riders. This club allows mountain bikers who are new to the Gunnison valley to meet and ride with fellow mountain bikers.

Prospective Members

The Mountain Bike Team is always open to recruit new members. If you are interested in joining the team please call or email using the contact information below.

Season

The season begins at the end of August and continues through October, ending in the College National Championship race. This club allows mountain bikers who are new to the Gunnison valley to meet and ride with fellow mountain bikers.

The road cycling portion of the team is not yet up and running. However, the road cycling team is planning to be up and 'biking' in time for the RMCCC spring road season in 2010.
