View Your Bill

Students can view their account and make payments online by accessing their WOL account.

1. Open Internet browser
2. Go to URL: http://wol.western.edu
3. Enter username and password to log onto WOL.
4. Click on 'School Resources' tab.
5. Click on 'Student Services & Financial Aid'.
6. Click on 'Financial Services and Cashiering'.
7. Click on EITHER 'Account Summary by Term' or 'Account Summary'.
8. Review your charges and click on ‘Credit Card Payment’
9. Select Term and click ‘Submit”
10. Enter Credit Card information and billing address
11. Click ‘Submit Payment’ to complete the transaction

It is often a good idea to check in with the Cashiers Office after you make payment to confirm that it was correctly processed and received. (970)943-3003
