"Booked: From Page to Stage" Performances, Dec. 3 & 4
Dec. 2, 2010 -- Western State College of Colorado (WSC) students present, "Booked: From Page to Stage," an evening of adapted-for-the-stage short stories on Friday, Dec. 3 and Saturday, Dec. 4.
The short stories include "Welcome to the Monkey House" by Kurt Vonnegut; "Pet Milk" by Stuart Dybek; "The Rememberer" by Aimee Bender; and "Ghost Girls" by Joyce Carol Oates. All performances are directed, acted, designed and produced by WSC students.
Performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 3 and 4 in the Keating Acting Studio. Tickets are available for purchase one-half hour before the show in the Keating Hall lobby or in the WSC Bookstore through Friday. Prices are $3 for students and $5 for faculty/staff/general admission. Get your tickets early as seating is limited. There is some adult content.
