59th Firemen's Concert Series, Feb. 24 & 26 and March 5

Western State College of Colorado (WSC) presents the 59th Firemen's Concert Series on Feb. 24 and 26, and March 5.

On Thursday, Feb. 24 the WSC Symphony Band will perform in the 59th Firemen’s Concert Series Gala Concert. The Symphony Band is conducted by John Wacker and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m. This performance will be held in the Fred Field Western Heritage Center and is free and open to the public.

The 59th Firemen’s Concert Series continues on Saturday, Feb. 26 with the WSC Colorado Brass Band and All-Colorado Honor Band. The Brass Band is conducted by Steve Asheim and the All-Colorado Honor Band by Joan deAlbuquerque. This concert is at 2 p.m. in the Fred Field Western Heritage Center and is free and open to the public.

The Western Slope Choral Festival also will be held as part of the 59th Firemen's Concert Series at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 5 at the Fred Field Western Heritage Center. This concert is free and open to the public.
