Equipment Check-Out

Audio/visual equipment available for checkout by faculty and staff

• Digital projectors
• Laptop computers
• Mac VGA adapter (for connecting a Mac computer to a VGA cable)
• VGA adapter (for connecting a PC to a projector)
• Conference phone
• Voice Recorder
• Webcam

Students wishing to check out audio/visual and computer equipment must have approval from a faculty or staff member prior to the release of equipment. All requests for checkout must come from faculty or staff with specific instructions that a student will pick up the item.  Checkout is on a first-come, first-served basis. The length of time a particular piece of equipment can be checked out is determined by the demand for that equipment.
