To obtain a free copy of each of your credit bureau reports once every 12 months, go to www.AnnualCreditReport.com, or by calling 877-322-8228 or sending a written request to: Annual Credit Report Request Service, PO Box 105281, Atlanta, GA 3048-5281. You can request from all three bureaus (Equivax, Experian & TransUnion) at one time or spread them out over 12 months. You must provide your name, date of birth, social security number and current and previous address if you moved within the past two years; you will be asked to select one, two, or three of the credit bureaus whose reports you would like; and then you will be transferred to a web page for one of the three bureaus where you will be asked to verify your identity.

The closest office to Gunnison is at 1805 Pavillion Road in Montrose, CO 81401; Montrose direct phone 866-758-1317 (hours 10am-3:30pm).
