What we do
We are here to help with all your computer problems, including:
If you need your computer worked on we ask that you bring it to our office with all installation media and we'll make our best effort to get you up and running quickly. We do not provide any software.
What we don't do
We cannot break the law; please don't ask us to participate in software piracy. It is important that if you bring a computer to campus you have the original installation media and necessary installation codes for re-installation should it be necessary. Also, in many cases it may void the warranty of your system if we remove certain components or open the system case. We'll do our best to help with hardware diagnosis and repair within these guidelines.
